RESULTS OF INSPECTION
Results of inspection of reinforced concrete wall structures made from reinforced formwork blocks with non-removable formwork consisting of steel fiber concrete plates, 30 mm thick. Wall concrete class for compressive strength B30, water permeability grade W6, frost resistance grade F100. According to design documentation requirements, delaminations, voids, and cracks are not permitted in the concrete structures.
Inspection Objectives: determination of hidden defects in the internal concrete structure (including voids, areas of insufficiently compacted and delaminated concrete, foreign inclusions), determination and evaluation of actual reinforcement parameters of walls (spacing of vertical and horizontal reinforcement bars of spatial frames (reinforcement blocks), concrete cover thickness), determination of wall thickness in areas with single-sided access.
Based on tomogram analysis results, the following conclusions were made:
- Images of vertical reinforcement of reinforced formwork blocks are detected (near and far relative to the instrument’s antenna array), bar spacing 200 mm, distance to centers of reinforcement bars 60-70 mm (taking into account the thickness of non-removable formwork);
- Individual images of fragments of horizontal reinforcement of reinforced formwork blocks are detected (near and far relative to the instrument’s antenna array), bar spacing 180-190 mm, distance to centers of reinforcement bars approximately 50 mm (taking into account the thickness of non-removable formwork);
- No defects in the internal concrete structure with linear dimensions exceeding 30 mm were detected;
- Actual thickness of wall structures is 300 mm.
